Shipping Policy
At our pet store, we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. We currently ship across the United Kingdom and carefully package every item to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.
Please note that during holidays or promotional periods, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. If you have any questions about your order, our support team will always be happy to help.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction, and your pet’s happiness, are very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Certain products, such as opened hygiene items, may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
